If your order is placed on a weekday/night, and it is cleared after processing, it will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment approval. If your order is placed over the weekend, processing will occur within 48 hours, and the order will be dispatched the next Monday. NO SHIPPING DONE ON WEEK-END
30 day Return Policy:
At SCiBody, we pride ourselves on the quality that we offer in the form of the most slickest, top-notch products. In the remote event of our products not measuring up to your expectations, you can return these back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we guarantee that every cent paid for it will be refunded to you in full.
Return for credit:
Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Prior to returning any merchandise to Scibody.com, you must contact Scibody Customer support RMA Department to request authorization to return material. Returned goods must be shipped in their original boxes and packing materials with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. All manuals, cables, diskettes, and accessories originally shipped must be included with the product and in sellable condition. Otherwise, the credit will be refused. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number. There is a 15% restocking fee for credit returns between 0 to 30 calendar days from the date of invoice.
No refund or credit returns will be issued after 30 days. No exceptions.
